Here are some of the words we have learned!

Mi casa (my house)
El baño (bathroom)
El cuarto (bedroom)
El sala (living room)
El comedor (dining room)
Lavanderia (laundry room)

Hola Spartans! 😀
Last week, students were introduced to Spanish verb conjugation, including those that require stem changes. It was so much fun!
Additionally, this week we explored Venezuela in depth.
3rd Grade: Students created a map with the country’s most famous places, including oceans, rivers, and mountains.
4th Grade: Students designed their own arepa, a traditional Venezuelan food.
5th Graders: Students worked independently on an activity to locate popular places, bordering countries, and the national flag.
Each grade level ended with a cool Venezuelan game, “Enano-Gigante. (Short-Tall Game)”
